Phantom Program Phase 4 Information
The dog tags
So a lot of you guys have noticed, there are little white boxes all around the Final Stand maps, and some of you are having trouble finding them. The boxes contain the premium dog tags for that map that are used to enter the Phantom Room. On Hammerhead, the boxes are white, on Giants they're green, on Hangar they're brown and on Whiteout it's white. So on each map, there are a few to a lot of spawn points for the boxes (whiteout has the most with 15) and the tags spawn at any random spawn point within 10 minutes of the round.
How to enter the Phantom Room
You need to get 4 people and go searching for the dog tags on the four maps, each person will need one of the tags, but there can't be two people with the same tags. Once you have found the tags with your friends, you will all need to equip the right Phantom Prospect dog tag, and then you will also need to wear the Phantom soldier camo. If you don't wear the camo / tags you will just be KIA'd in the elevator.

Phantom Compound Bow
"The signature weapon of Phantom Program soldiers given to members who have completed their initiation. It's short effective range shouldn't pose a problem for a true Phantom Operative." Complete Phantom Initiate and other two assignments and get the bow when it comes out
-Spotter: A prototype device created using parts from the MTN-55 and T-UGS. While active it will detect enemy movement within a narrow cone in front of you and report it to your team's minimap.
-Stabilizer: Improves accuracy by providing additional balance and stability while reducing hand shock, noise and vibration.
-Broadhead: Broadheads provide a balance in range and damage.
-Bullet Point: Sacrificing damage for weight reduction, this arrow flies straight and true.
-Explosive Tip: A small explosive arrowhead that detonates on impact. The weight of the charge greatly decreases the effective range of the weapon.
